Just Planet is a unique artisan Fairtrade coffee roastery and espresso bar in Sunbury, Vic.  They roast top quality Fairtrade arabica coffee beans, for café, restaurant and home use.  Lee and Norman Palumbo started the venture over a decade ago, with a plan to create a place that brings people together and to bring positive change to Fairtrade cooperatives around the world. Fairtrade means all workers are paid properly and no child labour is used. Only certified Fairtrade companies can guarantee this and Just Planet is proudly one of them.

We source the finest tea and put a generous serve into biodegradable tea bags."

Elements Chocolate Co Founded in 2020 by sisters Penny McGrory & Hayley Clarke is an ethical bean to bar chocolate company in Western Australia. From sourcing ethically produced & sustainably sourced beans & bush foods, to the actual mechanics of cracking, roasting, winnowing & grinding to make the chocolate itself, the journey hasn't been without it's setbacks & has at times felt impossible (tempering anyone?), but we know the only impossible journey is the one you never begin!"
