The Ministry of Chocolate is a family-owned and run business producing high quality chocolate made on-site. "From humble beginnings at Farmer’s Markets across Melbourne, we took the leap and opened a large-scale kitchen. The Ministry of Chocolate sources ingredients locally wherever possible including chocolate made in Melbourne, freeze dried strawberries and apples from Mornington Peninsula, as well as honey from our own on site bee hives!
