Headache Roller

Roll on unbroken skin at the site of pain, eg. temples, forehead, behind ears. Quiet rest or light duties is also recommended.

Rollers can be used as often as every 1-2hrs and alongside traditional medicine and support from healthcare professionals.

Our Headache blend is in Arnica carrier oil, which is particularly good for pain blends. Soothing oils like peppermint and marjoram may help relieve pain and tension.

Ingredients: Organic Arnica Montana oil, Organic Sunflower oil, Natural Vit E, organic lavender flowers, organic peppermint leaves, essential oils of: lavender, marjoram, peppermint and violet leaf. 10ml
