Rollers can be applied on unbroken skin directly on feet and wrists. We recommend using a smaller 1-2cm swipe on young children and feet only for babies. Only one bath bomb or even 1/2 for the very young. 

As a rule, half the amount for children due to the high quality essential oils used. (As a bonus, it goes twice as far!)
