Making a mandala can slow and calm the body; focus the mind on the present; connect with nature; aid meditation, contemplation and prayer.

16 page Guide Booklet - Introduces you to the practice of making nature mandalas and how you use them in mindful meditation, contemplation and/or prayer.
Starter natural resources - shells, cut gem stone slices, log slices, organic rose petals, branch lengths. You can make a small mandala with these. The Guide Booklet will guide you on your first nature walk to collect other natural elements.
